How long will delivery take?
Because to international orders, shipping times to your address will vary. The estimated time for your order is base on shipping method and country of destination.

Economy Shipping (10-20 days)

Standard Shipping (7-15 days)

Expedited Shipping (3-10 days)

Can I get my order faster?
Some items have expedited shipping options, you can choose with the express delivery options for your items.

**Please note: orders shipped with expedited delivery options are not eligible for Free Shipping.

Can I ship to a different address?
Absolutely! After you proceed to checkout, enter the address where you'd like your order delivered. Then, select the "no" button below, indicating the address you entered is not your billing address. Please enter your billing address at the next screen, and make sure it's the same address that appears on your monthly statement. For extra precaution and to avoid any possible delays with your order, you may want to notify your credit card company that you are shipping to an alternate address.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
We email this tracking number to you within 24-48 hours of your order shipping out, so you can easily track your package(s) to your door.

You can also retrieve a tracking number when you check your Order Status. If a tracking number is available, it will show in the "shipping status" column. Each tracking number is linked to the shipper's website for updated package status and estimated delivery date.

A tracking number may not be available for your order if the item shipped in 24-48 hours, it normally need 2-5 days to release on internet.

Eligibility for Returns:
Customers can return products within 30 days of receipt.
We accept only unopened packages (unused, in the original packaging, and with all tags intact).

Non-Returnable Items:
NewFairings does not accept return of kits based on color mismatch due to OEM.
NewFairings can not accept a return of kits that have already been fitted to a motorcycle.

Return Process:
Initiate the process by completing a Customer Support ticket.
We strive to respond to inquiries within 24-48 hours.
Once approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return shipping address.

Refunds:
Refunds will be credited using the original payment method.
We deduct a $150 re-stocking fee for orders.
Please allow up to 14 working days for us to process your refund after receiving the returned product.
Note: Some banks may take longer to reflect the refund. If the refund doesn’t appear after 14 working days, kindly contact your bank or credit card company.

Replacement:
In the unfortunate event of receiving defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we offer full replacements at no additional charge.
No need to send back the original parts; feel free to utilize them until the replacement parts are in your hands.
To request a replacement, submit a Customer Support Ticket. We’ll get back to you within 24-48 hours.

Shipping:
Customers bear all costs for return shipping, if international this includes any taxes and fees.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Ensure your return items are sent via a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
Products should be returned in their original packaging.

Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a $100 cancellation fee.
Beyond 24 hours for a $150 cancellation fee.

Special Circumstances:
No returns for color mismatches relative to OEM.

Below FAQ are some common concerns of our clients before purchasing the motorcycle fairings kit.

AnswerWe use high-quality paint oil, painting every piece of fairing in strict accordance with the painting process, which will take enough time.
The production of our fairings kits takes around 10-20 working days (working days except saturday/sunday), depending on the complexity of the design, once shipped the fairing kit will take between 10-20 days to be delivered.
A tracking ID will be provided with the shipment, Once the label is created the kit is moving, it normally need 2-5 days to be tracked, then you just need following and wait for receive.

At first, you should check the “Need independent fairing” checkbox on item webpage, then you can choose independent fairings there. example front upper fairing, left side fairing (clutch), right side fairing (brake), front fender, rear tail fairing, tank cover, seat cover. However we can not guarantee that color will match 100%.
Because we do not paint by color code, so we can not 100% ensure the color to match the rest fairings of you. But we will try our best to do the color scheme match working, that is great if you would provide some pictures to refer.

We can manufacture race fairings base on road fairings, that you can racing on the track.
We usually close the headlight hole, tail light hole, turn signal hole, rearview mirror hole, and put the race number base on your requirement. Some model we can modified double passenger seat to single passenger seat.
